The Cerberus System is the preserve of the Peep’s Office of State Security and the only habitable planet in the system (Hades) is their secret clubhouse; a prison planet where military and political prisoners are dumped. Only Camp Charon (StateSec’s island command) has been terraformed while the rest of the planet’s flora and fauna can’t be metabolized by humans.

Colony starts with additional power generation and a mineral silo, as well as 10 food generation on the Planetary Administration; but no natural food spawns on the planet.
