Hive Minds felt a bit bland and dull to me. This mod tries to spice things a little up.

I reduced the ethics point cost for hive mind from 3 to 2, giving you the possibility to play a hive mind with an additional non-fanatic ethic. You can be the friendly neighbourhood xenophile alien loving hive mind or a materialistic hive mind pursuing robotic ascension or a spiritual psionic hivemind.
In addition, I removed all the shackles of being a hive mind like the pops suiciding if not in a hive mind country or the forced purging of non-hivemind pops. You can still be genocidal, you just don’t always have to be. The choice is yours.
Hive minds can also pursue all ascension paths with this mod.
