Anarcho Communism
+5% Happiness
+100 Core Planet Cap
+10% Pop Ethic Shift
-20% Navy Size
-20% Energy from tiles
-20% Minerals from tiles

Hive Mind
+5% Research Speed
+1 Alternative Tech

Intergalactic Hive Mind (UPGRADE)
+10% Research Speed
+2 Alternative Tech
