Decreases your Research Penalties by 50%. So you can research without being depressed, that you have such an huge empire ????
Also adds another edict, where you can improve your research speed even further.

– REASON –

While playing with nearly 50 mods together with my friends I recognised that it is nearly impossible to research all technologies. This is my solution.

– HOW TO USE –

Just play, it is already activated.
Also, you can activate another edict “Faster Research 2” to increase your Research Speed.

– COMPATIBILITY –

Penalty is decreased for both all players and the AI.
But AI cant use this additional Edict. Only players can.

It is savegame compatibel.

It is compatible with all other mods. It just adds a few lines to the code.
