Deadly Orbital Bombardment tweaks the orbital bombardment to make it, well, more deadly. The new outcomes are (probability per month of bombardment):
Light:
– 10% pop death (only if fortifications are still present, as in vanilla)
– 20% building ruined (only if fortifications are still present, as in vanilla)
Limited:
– 25% pop death
– 33% building ruined
– 2% a tile blocker is created
Full:
– 50% pop death
– 80% building ruined
– 8% a tile blocker is created
