在重開新遊戲時，將產生國家、星系、艦船、人名、派系、戰役、NPC生物的隨機自動中文命名
修正了官方多字節語模組bug，變更政體後不會產生”黑框”船艦
修正了國家名稱規則
修正了星際邊界不顯示的問題
修正官方中文(from 1.6.0)錯譯

===相容性===
程式碼依正版遊戲1.7.*規格獨立重寫
為了相容性最大化，本MOD不含遊戲本體漢化。獨立使用時需另外搭配訂閱字型MOD/ 或直接訂閱漢化MOD包
因修改了遊戲本體機制，即使開啟鐵人亦無法解鎖成就
若安裝修改非原版政體的MOD，則本MOD會失效
現在起與自訂天災/利維坦野怪/時光地平事件的MOD相容，應該是
目前僅支援2000星以下隨機命名
目前因P社的程式編碼錯誤，有少數名詞無法漢化
