Version 1.6.1 has a small bug that leads to following error every few seconds:

[XX:XX:XX][trigger.cpp:481]: invalid scope for trigger. got [planet], expected {country}. file: common/buildings/00_buildings.txt line: 2769
[XX:XX:XX][trigger.cpp:481]: invalid scope for trigger. got [planet], expected {country}. file: common/buildings/00_buildings.txt line: 3140

This mod fixes that.
