Brave New Galaxy simply gives you the New Worlds Protocol tech at game start
I am not sure what else to write.

If the game or some other addon suddenly creates a new empire and puts it in your galaxy, this addon will give them the technology immediately when they research anything else. The first thing they research will also give them “New Worlds Protocol”. Empires that are present at the start of the game get it immediately.

And so you don’t forget that you have it, I did not hide the “research complete” popup.

I made this mod at the request of a user of one of my other mods (Auto Auto-Explore), because, according to him/her; there are other mods on the workshop that perform this same feat, but they are suboptimal. So I just copied my Autoautoexplore mod, made a thumbnail, and changed the tech.
