Better Hyperdrives For Stellaris
Just a few edits to the game Defines to strengthen the viability of the Hyperdrive. As of Heinlein, the Hyperdrive lost it’s strongest feature (jumping from anywere inside the system), removing any semblance of viability. To counter that, I have:
– Decreased Windup from 15 to 10 days. This means that tiers 2 and 3 will reduce it to 7.5 and 5 days respectively.
– Removed the Windup penalty for being outside of your territory.
– Increased travel speed by 50%.
This should hopefully serve to make the hyperdive slightly more competative against Wormholes.
