Auto Survey at start Player Only Stellaris
This mod adds auto explore at start, however this is only for the player, so the AI still has to wait till mid game to get it (unless you tag switch while unpaused.
It should be noted that the tech is important if it were to also be given to the AI at start because the technology also increases surveying speeds, so If everyone had it , galaxy wide contact would happen much sooner than normal.
