It really bugged me that Grand Admiral Chirpy had to clone and rename himself to fulfill the need for leaders in Perch Empire over and over again. Also, he was sad all the time.
Together with my wife, we made this mod in the name of diversity and love.

We present to you “Admiral Chirpy and Lady Peckington”. In Technicolor.
