Star Fixes Stellaris
对游戏中一些不合理的地方进行了修复。完美替代了Multiple Crisis和Leviathans (Guardians) Always Spawn这两个MOD，前者会导致虫族事件链无法进行，后者圣所等特殊星系不会强制刷新。
本MOD不与修改solar_system_initializers文件夹的mod兼容。
2017.5.15增加了四种野生奇观100%出现，此外还修正了P社无尽神机引用变量的错误，在此感谢@seisyuku 的帮助。

2. 8大野爹、三大城邦、扎纳姆星系、圣所等野怪会100%强制刷新
3. 修正了有可能只有一个堕落觉醒的bug（原版有40%几率只会觉醒一个堕落，导致无法发生天堂之战），现在是第二个觉醒的堕落75%几率与第一个道德相反，25%几率道德无关
