Tachyon Spaceport Fix For Stellaris

Scarecrow’s Tachyon Lance Spaceports mod works well but there are some compatability issues with mods like “Alpha Mod” when i was using back then.

If you were like me and used his mod with others like Stellaris:Alpha Mod you would have noticed that after you research Tachyon Lances you still couldn’t build the tachyon spaceport. I told him how to fix said issues but I’m not sure if he noticed my post so i waited a few months and decided to fix it for him. It should work with all mods now. If it doesn’t work on certain mods please post with name of mod and I’ll try to patch it.
