Better Galaxy Map Mod
Basically, I took the “subdued borders”-Mod from Evil Victor and adjusted it to my personal preferences:
-Slightly less opaque Empires
[vColor.a = max( vBlend, vTint * 0.70f )] instead of [vColor.a = max( vBlend, vTint * 0.45f )]
